Kombat Blocker

Simple Clear & Simple White
Simple Clear/White is a direct print and mixing base/white for “Performance” and high stretch fabrics that can be mixed with “Neo Pigments” to achieve an extremely soft hand feel and excellent elasticity. Simple Clear/White is the economical version of our Stretch Clear/White.

APPLICATION
Print through fine screen mesh up to 160 mc in (63 mc cm) when cured at 320°F (160°C), Simple Clear/White produces the softest prints achievable in textile screen printing today.

Under Base Blocker 301 LG
Under Base Blocker LG (Black Paste) is a base that is printed down first to block dye sublimation on polyester fabrics.

APPLICATION
Print Under Base Blocker LG up to 120 mc in (47 mc cm) and cure at 320°F (160°C). A thicker stencil is preferred to achieve a heavier deposit of Under Base Blocker LG to provide better coverage of the fabric and prevent migration.
Note: Due to variations in dyed polyesters, any application whether referenced or not in this technical data sheet should be pre-tested for suitability on the actual production fabric and/or consultation sought with Matsui International prior to printing.
