Aroma NF
Aroma ink is crafted for a “scratch and sniff” encounter. To unleash the fragrance, just rub the printed sections. While it used to contain Formaldehyde, the newly developed NF type is now free from any Formaldehyde.
With the exception of Lavender NF, Ambrosia NF, and Bouquet NF, the aforementioned items constitute the positive list of JCIA.
Custom Microencapsulation
Microencapsulation involves encasing active substances within minuscule capsules. Beyond pigments, we can employ microencapsulation to encapsulate various components, including odor inhibitors (for body odor, pets, urine smells), hair tonics (nutrients), and more!
The microcapsule is NF grade.
AQ INK NF GRADE
Aroma Granule Aqualite Ink NF Grade is a water-soluble dispersed paste containing a stable and highly concentrated blend of perfumes achieved through our unique micro-encapsulation technology. Each perfumed print can be achieved by compounding this ink with various binders and employing screen printing. Importantly, the microcapsules are formaldehyde-free.
The “Aroma Granule Aqualite (AQ) Ink NF Grade” is a water-based slurry in which diverse perfumes are stably and intensely compounded using our proprietary micro-encapsulation technology—completely free of formaldehyde.
Aroma Granule AQ Ink NF Grade releases the desired fragrance upon the manual destruction of capsules through hand rubbing. The capsules applied to treated fabric remain stable for an extended period unless intentionally broken, exhibiting considerable effectiveness in regular washing under ordinary temperatures. This ink seamlessly integrates into textile chemicals, serving as a versatile component in printing paste and finishing solutions.
Although Aroma Granule AQ Ink NF Grade offers several scents, it can be produced in any custom fragrance. The current fragrances are as follows. Lavender NF , Lemon NF , Rose NF , Ambrosia NF , Bouquet NF , Soft Floral NF, Elegant Floral NF, Eucalyptus NF, Menthol NF

AROMA GRANULE AQ INK NF-GEL GRADE
Aroma Granule AQ Ink NF-GEL Grade is a Formaldehyde-Free Fragrance Microcapsules using our own micro-encapsulating technology, which are stably dispersed in aqueous slurry, and especially designed to be compounded into fabric-softener. Adding encapsulated perfume into the fabric-softening agent, the treated textile can sustain perfume effect longer period of time. Aroma Granule AQ Ink NF-GEL Grade can give out the fragrance only when its micro-capsule is damaged and broken by an outer impact when the fabric is kneaded or rubbed.
The microcapsules processed and attached onto the fabric keep having the fragrance effect for months or years as long as the microcapsules remain unbroken.
